Wushu.SG is a community directory for Singapore Wushu — clubs, coaches, shops, events, competition results and athlete profiles. Most pages are public and crawlable so the community can find each other. A small set of pages (account, listing submission, admin tools, paid reports) require sign-in.

Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider using Google sign-in. We do not store your Google password. Admin actions are restricted to a separate roles table — being signed in does not grant admin access by itself.

You can sign out at any time from the Account page.

• Account profile (name, email, avatar) from the sign-in provider.
• Listings, coach profiles, events and feedback you submit.
• Order and credit records when you purchase reports or top-ups.
• Standard server logs and error reports used to keep the site running.

Listings are community-submitted and reviewed before they appear publicly. Competition results are cleaned before publishing — see the Data Cleaning Process for how athlete names, clubs and events are merged.

If a listing or athlete profile about you is inaccurate, contact us via the Contact page and we will review it.

Paid reports and credit top-ups are processed by our payments provider (Stripe). Card details are entered directly on the provider and never touch Wushu.SG servers. We retain the order metadata needed for receipts and credit balances.

• Cloudflare R2 — image and file storage for uploaded media.
• Google — sign-in identity provider.

Wushu.SG uses cookies that are required for sign-in sessions and basic site function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Account data is kept while your account is active. To request deletion of your account or a profile about you, contact us via the Contact page. Public competition results may be retained as historical records even after an account is removed.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please reach out through the Contact page with details so we can investigate. Please do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a chance to respond.

Wushu.SG relies on our hosting and payments providers for platform-level security (network, infrastructure, payment compliance). The Wushu.SG team is responsible for app configuration, access roles and content moderation. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for the accuracy of listings you submit.
